We do not provide phone or voice call support.
Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, materials, and feedback through these channels to ensure smooth project progress.
Project Agreement
Before a project begins, both parties will agree on:
project scope
features and requirements
estimated timeline
payment terms
Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional cost and timeline adjustments.
Payment Terms
Projects are conducted using a 50% deposit and 50% final payment system.
Deposit
A 50% upfront payment is required before any work begins.
The deposit secures your project slot and covers the initial development process.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% payment must be completed before the final website files or deployment are delivered.
Work may be paused if payments are delayed.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included during the development process based on the original project scope.
Revisions may include:
layout adjustments
small design improvements
minor functional tweaks
Major changes such as:
new features
design overhauls
additional pages
system changes
may be treated as separate work and billed accordingly.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:
website content (text, images, branding assets)
login access if needed
clear feedback during revisions
timely communication
Delays in providing materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.
Project Timeline
Project timelines vary depending on the complexity of the work.
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project, but may change due to:
delayed client feedback
changes in scope
technical requirements
We always aim to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high quality.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover the work already completed.
Intellectual Property
Once the final payment is completed, the client will receive full rights to the completed website.
Until full payment is made:

website access
final deliverables
remain the property of Sulth.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Third-Party Tools
Projects may include third-party tools or services such as:
WordPress plugins
themes
hosting providers
payment systems
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services outside our control.
Website Maintenance
Unless the client purchases a maintenance service, ongoing updates, backups, and monitoring are the client’s responsibility after the project is delivered.
Maintenance services can be requested separately.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality work, Sulth is not liable for:
business losses
data loss caused by third-party systems
downtime caused by hosting providers
misuse of the website after delivery
